I Looked
I looked at him, he looked at me
And ever changed the two were we.
I looked at her, she looked at me
We knew that us would ever be.
I looked at me, I saw myself
And quickly tossed me on a shelf.
The lesson learned, if truth be told,
Is, “Better held and not behold.”
